The new generation of daytime running light bulbs from OSRAM

According to the German Federal Statistical Office, 71.7 percent of all serious car accidents with bodily injury happened during daytime in 2001. This hazard can be noticeably reduced by the use of daytime running lights.
This is why OSRAM has developed special daytime running light bulbs witch can be used day and night.
